Il ristorante è assolutamente delizioso, il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Da Fiorentina quale sono garantisco che al Trebbio si può gustare il meglio della vera cucina toscana, servita in maniera esemplare! Non una portata ha deluso le nostre aspettative, dalle crespelle al dolce tutto è stato squisito. Il Trebbio è un raro esempio dove si da importanza alla qualità senza dimenticare la forma e la cortesia. Vi ringrazio perchè avete contribuito in maniera eccellente a rendere molto molto piacevole una giornata speciale!Lara

My name is Deborah Townsend and my daughter Natalie and I spent my birthday with you and your staff in April of 2009. You all made it a night I will never forget!! The food, wine and especially the hospitality gave me memories that I will never forget. I wish all of you the very best and when I return to Florence in the future I will surely return to this beautiful place in time!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The experience was every American woman's fantasy of Italy!

I was at this Trattoria numerous times and the food was amazing each meal. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. I recommend this place to anyone, and try the bistecca alla fiorentina!!!

I am a frequent visitor to Florence and I come to Al Trebbio quite often, with friends and family. SOmetimes I even come alne. Your food is admirable, and so is your vino rosso di tavolo :) Most of all I like your osso bucco, it's absolutely fantastic. I have been at your place so many times, I think the waiters will start recognizing me soon. It's all because I like the food and the friendly atmosphere of the place. Last time I was there in April with my son George, and he too was fascinated with your food.
